The Bubble Inn is committed to ensuring that all of our pubs are safe places to work and visit. In accordance with government guidance, we’ve made some changes to our operations so that our guests and team feel safe. These are the stringent measures that we have put in place:

 

  • All our staff have been fully trained on Covid-19 and complete a daily health questionnaire on arrival for work.

 

  • We have deep cleaned every inn and have increased the frequency of our cleaning routines. Hand ‘touch points’ are cleaned at least every 30 minutes.

 

  • We have hand sanitising points throughout all premises and we ask every visitor to sanitise their hands on arrival.

 

  • We have introduced new measures to ensure that we meet government advice on safe distancing and we respectfully ask all guests to maintain social distancing wherever possible when visiting one of our inns.

 

  • It is now mandatory for guests and team members to wear a face covering when moving around the premises. This does apply to children under 11 or for guests with medical exemptions. You do not need to wear a mask when seated at your table.

 

  • We have carefully planned the spacing between table and chairs both inside the premises and in our beer gardens for face to face safety and thank our guests for their co-operation in not moving them.

 

  • We are currently taking bookings for a maximum of six people. We always try to accommodate walk-ins, but, because of social distancing restrictions, this may not always be possible and you may have to wait outside for a table.

 

  • When making a reservation, we will ask guests to provide their contact details in accordance with the government’s track and trace scheme. If you have not booked in advance, we will ask for your contact details upon arrival. Your data will not be used for any other purpose and it will be securely disposed of within 21 days of your visit.

 

  • You are welcome to visit any of our inns for a drink, however you will need to be seated at a table as we are unable to serve you at the bar. Our beer gardens are also open and we offer a full table service only in these areas.

 

  • When you arrive, you will be greeted by a member of our team who will take you to your table. All tables and chairs are thoroughly cleaned and sanitised between sittings.

 

  • Menus will be used once and then fully sanitised. Guests can also view our menu on this website prior to visiting.

 

  • To limit surface contact, we do not pre-set tables with cutlery and condiments. All dishes, cutlery and glassware are brought to your table by your server after being thoroughly cleaned. We provide single use, individual condiment servings.

 

  • Our kitchens are always cleaned at regular intervals and we have implemented additional cleaning regimes to increase the frequency.

 

  • Our toilets are continuously cleaned and disinfected and we limit the number of guests using these facilities to one at any time.
