Welcome to the Bubble Inn Swadlincote

Located in the heart of the charming village of Coton-in-the-Elms on the edge of the National Forest, the Bubble Inn is a characterful country pub, dating back to the turn of the century.

The landlords Sallyann Carlin and Martin Taylor – a former professional footballer with Derby County – offer a very warm welcome.

With its stylish décor and wooden floors, the Bubble Inn is a casual, family-friendly place to spend an afternoon or evening. On a sunny day you can take in the spectacular views of the surrounding countryside from the large beer garden, which can comfortably sit 75 people.

The pub also has three cosy double rooms, which have been recently decorated. All rooms are equipped with en-suite bathrooms, Freeview TV, quality 100% cotton bedding and coffee and tea. Sallyann and Martin are very relaxed hosts and offer flexible check-in and check-out times.

*There is no need to book a table if you’re just visiting for drinks*

Thank you for choosing the Bubble Inn at Swadlincote. The safety of our guests and team is our top priority and we have been working hard to ensure that we can operate safely, whilst also providing a high level of service.

In order to keep everyone safe, we are only able to take bookings for a maximum of six people. We have also reduced our opening times in response to the latest government guidelines and will close at 10pm every day until further notice.
